- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD$).
SHIPPING QUESTIONS:
- We package and ship directly from Montreal, QC, Canada.
- We currently only ship to US and Canada, but are planning to open to international countries soon.
- All orders are currently scheduled to be shipped out every Monday (EST). Please ensure you place your orders at least 24 hours before these days to guarantee that your order is shipped.
- If there are any complications with your orders, please contact us by using our Contact Us page. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
- International orders are mailed with USPS/UPS.
- There is no tracking information available for international deliveries.
- International deliveries typically take 7-14 Business Days (Sometimes longer due to complications at customs).
- Domestic orders (orders within Canada) typically take 2-5 Business Days.
TRACKING INFORMATION:

Q: My tracking information is not updating.
A: Do not fret! This is quite common. Some carriers do not update their tracking information frequently. Sometimes they only update after the package is delivered.

Q: All I see is "Electronic Shipping Info Received."
A: This means your order has been processed and shipped out from our warehouse, your order has been shipped and is en route to be delivered.

STOCK QUESTIONS:
- Please DO NOT email about stock. You can find all updates about our stock for both new and old releases via Twitter and Facebook.

Q: My email has not been answered yet, what should I do?
A: Please email us again! We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience as we are receiving heavy loads of emails every day and spending time looking at each other individually.
RECEIPT/PACKAGING SLIP:

Q: I’m sending this as a gift, please don’t include a receipt with price totals.
A: We don’t include receipts in with the order the only document included is a packaging slip which states items included in the package, no prices are printed on it.
WRONG ADDRESS:
- Please email us at info@east2westofficial.com with the subject "Wrong Address". Please include your order number and correct address in the email. Address changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order before the item(s) is shipped.
ADD AN ITEM(S):
- Q: Can I add a new item to an order that I already placed?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot add an item(s) to an existing order. If you would like to add item(s) to an order please contact us to cancel your existing order so that you could re-place a new order with your new item(s).
